This wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, red plum, and cranberry jelly with intense flavours of red berry, citrus, and a touch of raspberry ice cream on the palate. 

100% Pinot Noir grapes were late harvested on 5th June 2025 allowing them time to ripen fully and produce a considerable amount of sugar. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The ferment was then stopped to retain a residual sugar of 149g/l.
