Vibrant, watermelon pink in colour. The sweet spice of cinnamon and flowers mingle with luscious strawberry sorbet and a hint of tarragon. The palate is bright and refreshing with flavours of strawberry, pink grapefruit and rhubarb. A zesty, moreish finish will have you reaching for a second glass.
Excellent winter rainfalls replenished groundwater giving the vines a great start to the growing season. Spring was warm to mild with some rain to keep moisture levels up to the growing vines. A mild, dry summer was ideal for ripening the grapes.
