  • Dry style
  • Raspberry

"It's elegant and instantly appealing, showing raspberry, nectarine and white floral aromas, followed by a fabulously juicy palate offering bright fruit intensity backed by vibrant acidity, making it delightfully drinkable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Apr 2021

Clear, bright, rose petal colour in the glass. Perfumed with floral aromas and fresh red berries on the nose. Clean on entry with balanced acidity. Full mouthfeel, enhanced by notes of white-fleshed fruit.

Made from Grenache and Cinsault, the Grenache grapes are grown on clay and limestone soils mainly facing East, while the Cinsault is planted on the plain in predominantly sandy soils. The grapes are picked at maturity in order to combine fruitiness and freshness.

100% pressed Rosé. The musts undergoes very little racking in order to develop the wine's volume yet maintain its freshness - balance is the golden rule. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature for 15 days. The this is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel or concrete vats for 3-4 months.

Food Pairing: An ideal aperitif, it will also go well with Summer cuisine like salads and grilled or fresh seafood.
