"It is difficult to define the flavour profile of this delicious wine. Imagine strawberry and apricot with a hint of floral character (rose petal) and a suggestion of spices and you are starting to get close. It is dry but slightly succulent. A very good example of southern French Rosé" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review

"Pristine and delicate, the inviting bouquet shows white flesh nectarine, red apple and dried flower aromas with a hint of oatmeal complexity. It's finely focused and elegantly weighted on the palate, delivering bright fruit flavours backed by crisp acidity, finishing persistent and mouth-watering. Exquisitely light and fabulously appealing" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"The appearance is classic with hues of apricot and orange tea, very bright leading to a bouquet of apple and peach, some quince and mineral along with a whisper of saffron. On the palate - flavours mirror the nose with with moments of yellow plum and fruit spice. Balanced, refreshing and well made with best drinking from today and through 2024" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

The result is an elegant, fragrant, crisp dry rose with a wonderful soft texture.
