The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc has an elegant and structured palate, with intense aromas of blackcurrant, grapefruit and ripe passionfruit.
Selected from two sites within Marlborough's Dillons Point subregion in the Lower Wairau Valley. Close to the ocean, this sub-region experiences long hot days balanced by the effect of cooling sea breezes at night. This allows the grapes to reach full flavour ripeness whilst retaining vibrant acidity.
The 2025 vintage was well balanced, showcasing excellent quality. The vineyards experienced healthy flowering, followed by adequate rainfall and settled conditions during the summer season.
Ripening steadily throughout the growing period, the fruit was continually monitored until a balance of flavour, acidity and physiological ripeness was reached.
Food Pairing: An ideal match with fresh Marlborough mussels, or a vibrant goat's cheese salad.
