Food Pairing: This wine makes a wonderful aperitif, paired with oysters and hors d’oeuvres, but is also a great match for brunch foods such as brioches, croissants, eggs benedict or smoked salmon. Later in the day match this wine with a fresh, vibrant foods such as a rocket, parmesan and pear salad with candied pecans and vinaigrette, or grilled fish tacos with a hint of lime juice.
