This is an enticingly elegant Pinot Noir with concentrated berry fruits and a herbaceous note reflecting the local thyme that grows around the winemakers vineyard. A smooth, lingering finish is supported by fine smoky notes providing a lovely savoury balance.

These are serious wines made with no corners cut, designed to be enjoyed and shared now, although these wines will develop with time.
