Faultline Reserve Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Faultline Reserve Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023

"Wonderfully fruited and delightfully expressed, showing Gala apple, pineapple, lime zest and herbaceous aromas on the nose. It's juicy and flavoursome in the mouth, displaying bright fruit intensity, leading to a lengthy, satisfying finish. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2024

A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that is crisp and fresh with vibrant aromas of blackcurrant and ripe citrus fruit. Delicious on the palate, with flavours of white stone fruit, gooseberry and finishing off with a citrus burst.

Sourced from several of our Marlborough sites, but predominantly from our Awatere Vineyard, the grapes were carefully monitored during ripening and machine harvested once ready. Once harvested the juice was pressed off immediately to minimise skin contact and juice deterioration. Fermentation took place in 100 per cent stainless steel at cool temperatures with the aim of preserving the aromatics and fresh fruit flavours.

Food Pairing: We recommend serving this wine chilled and enjoying it on its own, or with seafood.
