Invivo Central Otago Pinot Noir 2024
"Sweetly fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows dark plum, wild strawberry, olive, and roasted nut aromas, followed by a silky-smooth palate that's succulent and supple. Beautifully rounded and flowing to a lengthy, refined finish. At its best: now to 2030" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2025
Spicy dark cherries and a toasty cinnamon fill the nose initially, followed by inviting layers of plums and white chocolate. The palate is full bodied and dense with sweet, dark red stone fruits lifting from all aspects of the mouthfeel, underpinned by a voluptuous pairing of new French oak. Silky tannins give the wine structure, along with perfectly balanced acidity.
Food Pairing: This Invivo Pinot Noir is a bold wine that will happily pear with a range of cuisine and reward patience in the cellar for at least 8 years.
