In this wine, with its beautiful pale salmon pink colour, you will experience a combination of the elegance and freshness of the chardonnay with the complexity of cherry flavours provided by the pinot noir.

50% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Côtes des Bars and Vallée de la Marne, 50% Chardonnay coming from Vertus, Nogent L’Abbesse, Vert Toulon, Grauves. 10% Red
Champagne from Pinot. The winemakers own vineyards in the Montagne de Reims Ouest, Coulommes, Jouy, Pargny Les Reims and Villedommange. 47 Crus are used for our blends. 24% are Grand Cru , including Ambonnay, Avize, Ay, Chouilly, Cramant,Le Mesnil sur Oger, Verzenay and Verzy. 19 % are Premier Cru such as Chigny les Roses, Cuis, Coulommes la Montagne, Grauves, Rilly La Montagne, Vertus or Villedommange.

The wines are fermented in thermo regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the aromas of each cru. Aged at least 18-24 months in bottle.

Food Pairing: A perfect compliment for a good food such as white meat or a dessert such as red fruit gratin. Brut rosé is often appreciated an aperitif before the meal.
