Fresh and lively aromas of sweet mandarin, juicy green apple bounce off the tongue. The palate is crisp and refreshing with bright citrus characters and an underlying minerality and acid drive. An off dry mouthfeel balances the wine allowing for a long and lingering finish.
These grapes were harvested from selected vineyards predominantly in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley at the peak of flavour development, in the cool of the evening. After fermentation the parcels of fruit were carefully blended together and prepared for bottling.
Food Pairing: Great match with Thai Beef salad or spicy noodles.
