This is a vibrant cool climate Rose, pale pink in the glass with aromas of strawberry and melon on the nose. The palate is lively with raspberry and stone fruit flavours, subtle creaminess and a long fresh finish.
We harvested the fruit in a range of fruit flavor spectrums to create a complex Rosé. The fruit was pressed off and cool fermented, before the component wines were blended early to maximize fruit freshness.
Food Pairing: Excellent on its own or match with crayfish, prawns or salmon.
