Aromas of vibrant red fruits and dried spice lead to a smooth and rounded palate. Polished tannins add structure to help deliver a delightful example of Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed now or over the coming 3-5 years.

The fruit was handpicked from individual vineyard blocks and kept separate until final blending. Each parcel was fermented in small stainless steel open top fermenters, plunged lightly up to three times daily. They were pressed off gently and left to matured in French oak barriques for 8 months prior to bottling on the 25th of November 2021.

Misty Cove’s Estate Pinot Noir is lovingly handcrafted and produced from our Lower and Upper Wairau Valley vineyards where mature vines give opulent flavours that provide fruit lift and fragrance.
