Beautifully perfumed with ripe stone fruit, white pepper & edged with quince. A striking wine on the palate that has a delicious limey backbone, textured palate and is balanced and inviting.
Hand harvested, hand sorted then whole bunch pressed. 75% cold fermented with Grüner specific yeasts in stainless and 25% wild fermented in new Acacia puncheon.
Misty Cove’s Landmark Grüner Veltliner is deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted with small batch qualities, Misty Cove crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark” – the attributes and characteristics of the Fareham Lane vineyard from which it originated.
