"It's wonderfully fragrant on the nose with apricot, crunchy apple, watermelon and lemon peel aromas, followed by a juicy palate delivering terrific fruit purity and intensity. Youthfully vibrant with loads of attractive flavours, finishing lingering and delectable. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2022
"Pale strawberry blush in hue. Delicate, lifted nose with aromas of wild raspberries, rosehip, Italian parsley, and nettle tea. Clean, fresh, light and dry, with a crunchy apple texture and a delicate cherry flavour" NZ Wine Rater
This Mediterranean style rosé is pale pink in colour and filled with beautiful summer fruits; an elegant rebel delivering a mouthwatering and dry finish.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the grapes were harvested in the early morning and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using or selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.
Misty Cove’s Landmark Rosé is deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted with small batch qualities, we crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark” – the attributes and characteristics of the Fareham Lane vineyard from which it originated.
