Mount Fishtail Marlborough Pinot Gris 2026 (Export Wine)

Mount Fishtail Marlborough Pinot Gris 2026 (Export Wine)

"Beautifully fruited and finely expressed on the nose with aromas of rockmelon, Gala apple, Asian pear, and subtle spices. The palate displays succulent fruit flavours, a fleshy mouthfeel, and juicy acidity, making it refreshing and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2028. June 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2026

Scale_-_Dry

Elegant aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and citrus blossom lead to a palate that’s finely textured and vibrant. Subtle spice and mineral undertones add depth, while a crisp acidity delivers a clean, lingering finish.

The grapes were harvested in the cool of early morning, then gently pressed to extract only the free-run juice. After cold settling, the clear juice was slowly fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal character, purity, and freshness.

Food Pairing: Beautifully versatile, this Pinot Gris complements fresh seafood, creamy risottos, and light Asian dishes. It’s equally at home with soft cheeses or a classic lemon and herb chicken.
