Aromas of wild strawberries, rose petal, rockmelon and summer fruits lead to a refreshing palate that is elegant and delightfully textural. A flavourful style and lingering finish that is deliciously moreish.
The Pinot Noir grapes were gently crushed to minimise colour and tannin. The juice was fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks, with selected yeast strains that allow the wine to retain freshness and vitality.
Food Pairing: Beautifully accompanies a wide range of cuisine from fresh salads to veggie skewers on the barbecue. Our recommendation though is baked salmon with a lemon cream sauce.
