Mount Olympus Marlborough Pinot Gris 2021

Mount Olympus Marlborough Pinot Gris 2021

  • Off-dry style
  • Poached pear
  • Pastry & cinnamon
  • Succulent finish

"A gorgeous varietal expression showing Nashi pear, rich floral, lemon peel and subtle spice note on the nose, followed by a silky-smooth mouthfeel that's succulent and lingering. Friendly and highly appealing" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2022

A beautifully rounded Pinot Gris, the fragrant bouquet shows poached pear, orange blossom and subtle spice notes. This wine is bursting with pristine flavours of Nashi and fresh pastry with a hint of cinnamon leading to a lingering succulent finish.

Sourced from a selection of vineyards in Marlborough, with grapes harvested in the optimal condition.

The grapes were transported to the winery and fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel tanks to ensure the fresh fruit flavours were preserved. Pleasing to the palate now and will also remain in its prime for the next 3-4 years.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif paired with olives and freshly shucked oysters.
