Lifted aromas of passionfruit and feijoa. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with fresh kiwifruit and gooseberries with a clean minerality. A herbaceous thread of nettle leads onto a mouth-watering finish.

The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley.  Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.Olympus overlooks the clean green valley and the flourishing vineyards of Marlborough.

Food Pairing: Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years. Delicious matched with juicy garlic prawns.
