The vineyards are situated in the Languedoc in southern France, grown as free standing bush vines in sight of the Pyrannees. This wine was fermented on skins with frequent pumping over or punching down to encourage greater colour and tannin extraction. Malolactic Fermentation was completed post primary ferment. The wine is aged in-tank to maintain fresh fruit characters.
