"Bright, pale yellow, even colour throughout. This has a fresh, lively bouquet packed with lime, zest, toffee apple and minerals. Medium-full bodied, medium-dry to taste, citrus fruit, lime zest melded with toffee apple stonefruit and honey. The mouthfeel is textural with a combination of apple skins and crunchy minerals. Sweetness enriched the flavours and provided balance to the lively acidity. This medium-style Riesling is moreish and flavoursome with a toffee apple core and textural palate.
