This herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc is pale green in colour with pungent aromas of blackcurrant leaf and cut grass. The crisp aromas follow through on to the palate with flavours of capsicum, blackcurrant and a clean minerality on the finish that lingers on.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are machine harvest from a single vineyard in Rapaura, Marlborough. The fruit was processed efficiently then gently pressed and racked clean. The entirety of the wine was fermented with especially selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks to retain the maximum varietal fruit character of this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
