On the palate, tropical notes of passionfruit, lychee and mango are coupled with a wonderful concentrated minerality, leading to a long and powerful finish. A beautiful and expressive sub-regional Sauvignon Blanc, suitable for drinking immediately or over the next 2 – years.
These Marlborough grapes were chosen from various sites in the Dillons Point area of the Lower Wairau Valley. Close to the coast and on nutrient rich floodplain soils, the grapes have lovely fruit intensity.
