As the wine opens out in glass scents of tropical fruits begin to emerge. Crisp and dry, satin touches then acidity and freshness through flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits that reflect the bouquet. Perfectly ripe fruit is fermented and aged for 7 months in 15% new and 15% old French barriques, with the remainder 70% in stainless steel. Light, long toasting was chosen for the barrels to help create a more subtle oak influence. The result is a magnificently layered wine with complexity, depth, texture, purity of fruit flavour, and freshness. Almost too good to share, ensure to savour every drop with family and friends!
