We choose Merlot to make our Rosé because the grape delivers a broad spectrum, of aromas and flavours - ranging from the classic strawberry to wonderful hints of red plum.
For this vintage, beautifully ripe Merlot grapes were gently crushed and passed to a temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank. The juice was then 'bled' from the tank
