A very pretty, pure and delicate style of Rosé made out of 100% Pinot Noir that will transport you to where it’s always summer. Palest pink. As fresh as a summer breeze, aromas of fennel, watermelon juice, pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry liquorice. Crisp, dry and richly layered, the palate has a creamy feel like a raspberry cheesecake, focusing towards a clean, refreshing finish. Best enjoyed between now and 2029.

100% Pinot Noir. Clones 115, Abel and Clone 5 from our Pencarrow, Woolshed and Pinnacles vineyards.

Crushed to press with gentle extraction and fermented to 2.27g/L residual sugar. The wine spends 3 months on lees for added texture and weight.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or try it with miso-baked salmon or salad nicoise.
