Pale straw in colour with a touch of green. Tropical fruit aromas with subtle lime and green apple notes. An elegant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant acidity suporting flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit.

A warm frost free Spring lead to early flowering in the Marlborough growing region. Rainfall was above average and sporadic, however very little rain fell from late December through to harvest. This gave optimal ripening and exceptional fruit quality.

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Wairau Valley. Harvest early April. Fermented in stainless with aromatic yeasts, within a tempurature range of 12 to 16 degrees celcius. Three months maturation on fermentation lees with bending in September 2020.
