This wine was fermented at low temperatures to preserve freshness and perfumed aromatics. Made from Merlot grapes, this Rosé is finely structured with notes of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and rosewater. A touch of spice and a subtle saline lift add freshness and a savoury edge to the finish.
