"Deep, ruby-red, slightly lighter on the rim. This has a full, herbaceous bouquet, with broody aromas of dark cherry melded with blackberry, thyme, and floral fragrance. Medium-bodied, savoury on the palate, dark cherry and blackberry entwined with thyme, cinnamon and nutmeg, unfolding earthy elements. The mouthfeel is smooth with supple tannins; well-balanced acidity flows easily; spices and a hint of stalk element linger to a warming, long finish. This appealing Pinot Noir featured excellent fruit with herb and spice on a fine, supple palate.
