"Bright, pale salmon-pink with a rose-gold hue, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full, well packed with an amalgam of berries, along with subtle rose petal and fresh herbs. Dry to taste, medium-light bodied, strawberries, cranberries underlying savoury plums are bright and vibrant. A soft note of flower petals entwined with fresh herbs lingers to a refreshing finish lifted by subtle spices. The palate is smooth-flowing with a slight creaminess on a fine phenolic line. Acidity is fresh and well balanced, enlivened the fruit and provided a thirst-quenching finish. This is a refreshing rosé with flavours of red fruit, petal and herb details on a fine-textured palate.
