Bursting with minerality made by the Veneto winery Suavia – in fact, the producer says that ‘it is like having a piece of earth in your glass’. Suavia ‘Monte Carbonare’ has a heady nose of citrus, exotic fruits, wild flowers and mountain herbs and flint, leading to a creamy palate with a distinctive freshness of flavour.
