Overlooking the ocean in dry and windswept Blind River, we grow our grapes in harsh conditions. Our grapes enjoy the region’s long sunshine hours, while the ocean breeze keeps things cooler and drier. Once picked, they are gently pressed and cool fermented to retain the vibrant fruit characters.

Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own with friends, or pair with summery dishes such as melon and Parma ham, salads and pastas.
