A delicious elegant Rosé with aromas of ripe strawberries and cream. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of succulent berries, white peach and a hint of spice on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish.
The fruit was sourced from predominately the Marlborough Wairau valleys. This was machine harvested during a cool night at peak maturity. Made from Pinot Noir, the grapes were carefully pressed and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain their fresh and fruity characteristics.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or delicious with thyme-roasted chicken.
