This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit and gooseberry combined with a subtle hint of capsicum. Layers of grapefruit, blackcurrant and lemon peel combine with a salty minerality and lead to a pure and elegant finish.
Grapes for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc were sourced predominantly in the Dillons Point subregion of the lower Wairau valley.
Grapes were transported to the winery quickly and pressed off immediately to minimize skin content. It was then fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.
Food Pairing: Perfect for immediate drinking on its own or a terrific match with pan fried scallops or Marlborough mussels.
