Aromatically this wine is a bouquet of wildflowers, ripe red cherries and milk chocolate. This is followed by an excitingly fresh crisp palate. Early season cherry, raspberry and beetroot flavours are accompanied by silky smooth tannins which entice the drinker to have another sip. Underneath its obvious light and fresh personality this wine shows depth and complexity which is sure to please anyone looking to have a good time.

100% Central Otago Pinot Noir. Hand harvested on the 23rd and 31st March 2022 from the Pisa Range, Central Otago. 40% whole bunch fermentation with wild yeast, 13 days on skins. Pressed and finished ferment in tank before being racked to old French oak 6 months in oak, before being blended to stainless steel tank to homogenise. Unfined and unfiltered with sulfites added (20ppm). 100% Organic Grapes.
