20 miles south-east of Bordeaux, Entre- Deux-Mers area, Terroir composed by fine clay and limestone, out- crop facing south / south west, Oceanic climate. Mid-September to mid-October during a single week, 40 - 45 hectolitres / hectare. Vatting for 15 - 18 days in stainless steel vats. Controlled temperature. 6 months in oak barrels.
